Steve Wilson, Headteacher at Pendle Vale College, has expressed his absolute delight at the ‘best ever’ G.C.S.E. results achieved by the 2010 Cohort of students at the College. 48% of students achieved 5 or more A* to C grades including English and Mathematics, with 64.1% of students gaining 5 or more A* to C grades overall. He passes on his sincere congratulations  to all of the Class of 2010  and hopes they can build upon these fantastic achievements as they embark on a world of further study or work. The staff team at Pendle Vale College also deserve to be praised and recognised for the superb job they have done in supporting and guiding students to attain these excellent results.

"Pendle Vale College is a brand new state of the art building established as part of the Building Schools for the Future Programme. It is one of the most modern, innovative and best equipped colleges in the country and is undoubtedly a very exciting environment in which to learn. I am proud and delighted to be Headteacher working with parents, governors, staff, students and the local authority to establish Pendle Vale College as a centre for excellence and learning for all the community of Pendle."
