Report a Positive COVID-19 Result Out of Hours

To allow parents and carers to report a positive COVID test result to us as soon as possible, we have set up an out-of-hours email address which should be used when school is closed.  Over the whole weekend and after 4pm on weekdays and over the the Christmas holiday, if your child receives a positive test result for COVID-19 please email us immediately on

A member of the senior leadership team will then be in touch .

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Name of child
  • Year group
  • Name of parent/carer
  • Contact email address
  • Proof of test result (for example, a screenshot)
  • The first day of symptoms
  • The date the positive result was received
  • The last date your child was in school

If a positive result is received between 8.00am and 4pm, Monday to Friday then please contact the school straight away on the usual number: 01282 682240
